Inspirational Words
The Best Expression of Love is Time. The importance of things can be measured by how much time we are willing to invest in them. The more time you give to something, the more you reveal its importance & value to you. If you want to know a person's priority, just look at how they use their time.

Time is your most precious gift because you only have a set amount of it. You can make more money, but you can't make more time. When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life that you'll never get back. The essence of love is not what we think or do or provide for others, but how much we give of ourselves.

The most desired gift of love is not diamond or roses. It is focused attention. Love concentrates so intently on another that you forget yourself at that moment. Attention says, " I value you enough to give you my most precious asset- my time."

Love means giving up- yielding my preferences, comfort, goals, security, money, energy, or time for the benefit of someone else.♥

the smell of uni
on January 31, 2006 @ 7:51 pm

So I was in the process of booking a venue for AYBC when I realised that the central timetable has been released. So I checked out my possible Sem 1 timetable for 2006. However I think I can cross out the word 'possible' because doing non-mainstream 3rd yr subjects, there is only one class for each of my five subjects! Basically I dont mind if I go to uni everyday on two conditions:

1) It doesn't clash with my work shifts.

2) There is more than an hr worth of classes to go to.

The first condition, I guess I'm sorta lucky, out of 4 arvo shifts, I only miss out on two. Although I would like to aim to come at least 3 arvos.

The second condition, not only on Tues but ALSO on Wed and Thurs, I come to uni for only ONE hr because of IBUS...grrr! They better not make that the final timetable!! or I guess I can squeeze my tutorials in those 3 days. I think it's also a bit strange how USyd releases official personal timetables on o-week (1st March) whilst UNSW and Mac got theirs a month ago! geez...

You know I reckon every now and then, something on my MSN list catches my interest. Tonight it was part of Ellen's nick: Where's my Valentine? hehe. So Valentine's is in 14 days i think. I remember last yr me and Chucky ate at Fujiya and I just got back from LA like a couple of wks before hand. Chucky was also sick and I remember we had to wait like half an hr for our food hehe. Gosh I can't believe I wore what i wore...This yr, it falls on a Tuesday...and fingers crossed that Chucky doesn't have work on that day!! I think I will start thinking about what we can do on that day...;)

I went for a swim this arvo at Usyd and I think I swam pretty good, its good to know that I'm still faster than the kids I teach haha. But its only a lil past 8pm and I feel like a good sleep!
