so my eyes feel sooo droopy atm, like i'm about to fall asleep any second...i always feel like this now after a swim. Yep it was pouring today but Nicole went training so i just went along for a swim too...

anyway, i want to change my template to a Michael Phelps one...cos he's like a swimming champ and blah blah...but after watching the mens 4x200FS relay, and losing to the americans...i don't really feel like doing one now...I mean, I was urging the american's and the italians and the dutch and Grant Hackett to beat Ian Thorpe, but noooo...they had to do it in the relay!!!! Argh.
